Diemo has CNC Milling, CNC Turning and grinding services, both surface and cylindrical. We can accept your CAD files by e-mail and develop a cutter path for accurate machining. We offer a fourth axis CNC Vertical Milling Centre for any rotary machining you may require. Diemo can provide CAD design solutions and CAD drawings of individual components.
We can handle large quantities or one-off production. All of these processes are performed by our skilled staff within our 2 plant facility. Our extensive knowledge of tool specifications can assist in making the proper tool steel selection for your particular application.

Located just North of Cobourg, Ontario, our modern, fully equipped facility and diverse machining capacity can help reduce your down time.
Diemo features a 6500 Sq. Ft. production and machine shop, including 7 CNC Machine centres (one with a 4th axis), 7 CNC lathes, 2 Cylindrical grinders, 4 Surface grinders, an EDM Machine and a variety of manual machines. Diemo also possesses a lathe with 14 ft. between centres.
Our second plant is 1800 Sq. Ft. for manufacturing, machine building, and rebuilding equipment.
Diemo is situated close to Hwy. 401, 1 hour east of Toronto with easy access to ship to our customers across Canada, Mexico and the United States.
